What the Agent Needs

• Latest versions of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge

What the Customer Needs

• Working smartphone (iPhone or Android)
• Compatible smartphone browser—Safari or any Chromium-based browser (Chrome, Edge, Opera, etc.)
• Stable wireless or cellular data connection (minimum bandwidth 1Mbps)
• Decent lighting (the customer’s smartphone camera needs to be able to capture clear video of the product)
