Prerequisites

You must set the Authorization Header with the API Access Token for your account.

Set the Authorization Header

To show a case, send a GET request to https://api.viewabo.com/cases/<CaseUniqID> (https://api.staging.viewabo.com/cases/<CaseUniqID> on staging) with your Account Uniq ID and email.

You should expect a response with the Case Uniq ID and the canonical URL, which you may save to your CRM.
