What are Device and Browser Requirements to Use Viewabo?

To run Viewabo smoothly, ensure the Expert and Customer devices meet these requirements.

Customer Device Requirements

To join a session, customers must use a mobile device (no laptops or desktops) and meet compatibility requirements. Viewabo’s core services, which perform best on up-to-date devices, do not require app downloads.

Compatibility Requirements:

  • Devices: Viewabo supports iPhones, and most Android devices will work, though some may have limited functionality.
  • Operating Systems: Supported devices must run the two most recent versions of their operating systems.
  • Browsers: iPhones work best with Safari, while Android phones work best with Google Chrome.

Devices outside these specifications are supported on a "best effort" basis.

Expert Device Requirements

Experts should use a laptop or desktop computer for Viewabo sessions; mobile device browsers are not guaranteed to work.

Compatibility Requirements:

  • Devices: Any relatively modern laptop or desktop computer running Windows or MacOS.
  • Supported Browsers: Google Chrome is the most commonly used browser for Viewabo, but any Chromium-based browser, including Microsoft Edge, will also work.
  • Minimum Screen Resolution: 1366px width x 768px height
