Prerequisites & Installation

Here's what you need to use Viewabo successfully.

What the Agent Needs

  • Latest versions of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge

What the Customer Needs

  • Working smartphone (iPhone or Android)
  • Compatible smartphone browser—Safari or any Chromium-based browser (Chrome, Edge, Opera, etc.)
  • Stable wireless or cellular data connection (minimum bandwidth 1Mbps)
  • Decent lighting (the customer's smartphone camera needs to be able to capture clear video of the product)

Once you have all that, you're ready to use Viewabo.
